Scores
A recent long-overdue upgrade of my notation software necessitated revisiting all earlier saved scores to address resultant gremlins.
It also triggered the much-delayed plan to review scores with the intention of simplifying notation where possible and tidying up various questionable formatting choices.
This process led – somewhat inevitably – to the discovery of assorted errors (either typographical and/or compositional), making the anticipated straightforward process significantly more convoluted.
Whilst many adjustments could be characterised as housekeeping, in some cases – particularly where major simplification solutions were found – the changes are more significant.
This endeavour has been further complicated by its overlapping the Australian Music Centre’s undertaking a major platform redesign during which – for an extended period – revised scores were either not accepted or were unable to be processed in a timely manner.
So, in summary, the scores available below are those updated works THAT HAVE NOT YET BEEN LODGED with the AMC library, plus a couple of new works that have likewise not yet been lodged. They are offered free to a good home on the understanding that they are used for no purpose other than performance, research, or to replace a score previously purchased from the AMC.
